What is Vidivet and why should everyone take advantage?

We pay for Vidivet on behalf of our clients to provide 24/7 vet advice by text, email or video specifically with a view to helping people when we are closed. This service is not like many other video consult services you may see in that the team at Vidivet are all high quality vets who are here to work with us and you to make sure our clients and pets get sensible and joined up advice at all times. This service is resolving over 80% of calls Out Of Hours without the need for a visit to the emergency vets and when it is combined with the ability to book appointments online for the next day it takes away a lot of the worry when your pets become ill overnight or on the weekend.
